Don't judge a book by it's cover, seriously, don't.
From the outside it appears that Isabella's is little more than a dive. If you stopped with outside appearances, you might not go inside. That would be a mistake. What you get *inside* what you'll find is very simple, very flavorful Italian food meant for consumption, not frills. It's delicious.
Dinner can be a bit pricey for portion size, but lunch is a steal with either soup or salad provided with your entree. Both lunch and dinner include a basket of rosemary focaccia bread (you can grab another basket for $1). I'd highly recommend the penne with mushroom marinara, or the sausage lasanga.
Also, shout out to the servers who are both accommodating and awesome. Can't wait to go back. -

It's alright. The service is really good but the quality of the food is not great. It's a stretch to call it Italian food. If the prices were lower then I would be more inclined to consider going back.
I had the Agoura Hills salad and it was okay, the salad was fine but the balsamic vinaigrette was clearly made with the cheapest possible vinegar. The spaghetti was a bigger issue, it was over cooked, not properly finished in the sauce, and the sauce tasted like it was from a jar.
I've been several times and I want to like it but really the best thing I can say is it's located close to me and that makes it convenient. It's fine for a quick lunch but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here and if you want Italian there are better options. -

Lots of folks seem to like this restaurant, so we gave it a try. This is a) not really Italian food. b) the pasta is not top quality and not cooked al dente. c) the sauce is not homemade. d) the atmosphere is dingy. e) the price-to-quality ratio is off.
That being said, the service is good. -

I went and tried this place for the first time. Openned the container and was delighted that it smelled good. Then as I was about to stir the pasta to mix the oil and sauce, I see hair stuck to a piece of chicken. So nasty. I'm so upset, I wasted my time and money at this place. Obviously, not going back. Not a good first impression. I thought I found another mom and pop place but nope. So disappointing. Now I have to go get another lunch somewhere else.

Been meaning to try this place at the end of our street. Finally did and was very happy. I had the chicken Marsala. It was tasty and chicken was nice and juicy. Husband had the cheese ravioli with pink sauce. It was delicious. I would highly recommend. The prices are also very good for the amount of food u get. We will be back for sure to try other menus items.
